Viable Systems Reflections

There are some big issues with passion projects...

**Financial viability** - Projects carried on enthusiasm rather than structure. Projects without a sound financial basis or pricing strategy.

**People Viability** - Experiences with voluntary committees in clubs etc. Givers get exploited and the whole thing collapses. Insufficient reward for hassle.

**Energy vs Coherence** - I notice that a lot of passion projects are high energy and low coherence. In fact too much energy can destroy coherence. Viable projects need both....The process is the one in my book "Life Dynamics".
